LUCY!!! That’s all you need to know. She is UNREAL. I called her to return a car that I didn’t purchase at Pepe and she was the only person (after trying Mt kisco and a few other dealers) who not only said yes but was above and beyond helpful in doing so. While I was there I mentioned that our new Cadillac xt4 (that I didn’t buy there) was giving us some trouble and that my daughter was driving it currently. Lucy was not happy to hear the car was not perfect and she was really unhappy to know a young 22 yr old young lady was driving it in PA when it wasn’t perfect. She promptly gave me her personal cell and said to text her with a date that would work to bring it in. Sure enough I did and she got me a date and a loaner and followed up numerous times to confirm. I cannot say enough nice things about her and truthfully how Jasson in service handled our car as well. We will 100% be back and buy our next Cadillac from them. Lucy for President!!!!!

Had a problem with my thermostat. Called Mike in service and told him the problem. Was lucky there was an opening later the next day and the part was in stock. I opted to wait as it wasn't a long job. The courtesy shuttle was made available for me but i didn't need it. But good to know it was there if needed. Ron, Mike and the service staff are true professionals who value the customers time and appreciate them. This is the same high level of customer service my father had for over 20 plus years at Brennan's Cadillac which brought me to the brand. Look forward to continuing my relationship with Pepe.
