AGE DISCRIMINATION FOR OLDER CARS. 2002 Cadillac Seville xxx After accepting my vehicle for service and keeping it all day without looking at it, the Service Manager tells me to go pound sand. He said "there's plenty of other cadillac dealers in the area you can take your car to." After this poor experience I would certainly never go to this dealership to purchase a new car.

Whenever you try to schedule service, they will never have a car avail as a loaner, yet when they sell you the car, they promise you that they will always give you a loaner then you need service. For a true emergency service, you can not schedule 4 weeks in advance. Edit: after this review, the manager called me and made sure to get my car in with a loaner ASAP. Changed the rating because I believe in 2nd chances

After you pull up with your car, you are met by a greeter who then brings you to your service advisor where you are treated above and beyond what you have ever experienced in a service department.
